BTTRFLY is what happens when five musicians at the top of their respective worlds decide to build something new together. Formed in Denver in 2022, the quintet brings together trumpeter Eric "Benny" Bloom, saxophonist Dominic Lalli, drummer Adam Deitch, keyboardist Borahm Lee and bassist Hunter Roberts. Between them, the lineup spans some of the most influential acts in the live electronic and funk worlds, with Bloom and Deitch holding down Lettuce, Deitch and Lee forming the duo Break Science, Lalli leading Big Gigantic, and Lee anchoring the Pretty Lights Live Band. After years of friendship and crossing paths at festivals, they formed BTTRFLY as a vehicle to push each other creatively, reimagining the jazz, electronic and hip hop traditions they were raised on. Collectively, the members carry a resume that includes Grammy wins and nominations, multiple Billboard chart appearances, platinum record collaborations, and performances at the most celebrated festivals and venues across the globe.
