2013 SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
CORNERSTONE SPONSORSHIP ($20,000)
City Park Jazz is seeking Cornerstone Sponsors to receive the majority of all premium rights, benefits, and assets.
In addition to the rights and benefits outlined below, Cornerstone Sponsors will receive the following VIP hospitality asset:
- VIP event at City Park Pavilion and Concert Title: Each Cornerstone Sponsor of City Park Jazz will receive a VIP event in the Pavilion during one of the City park Jazz concerts. VIP event may be used to entertain customers, vendors, as a part of a promotional or marketing effort, or as party for a thank you to your employees.
- Private party in the City Park Pavilion
- VIP viewing area
- Naming rights to that evenings concert
- Opportunity to address the audience from the stage
- Meet and greet with the band
Official Designation, Exclusivity, and Rights to Marks – “Cornerstone Sponsor” or other customized designation; exclusive marketing and promotional rights in the category; and unlimited rights to use logo, name, and imagery.
Stage Signage – Customized overhead-banners will be created to include Cornerstone logos.
Additional Signage – Opportunity for up to two additional banners in the Park.
PA Mentions – Recognition by MC during all concerts a minimum of twice per show.
VIP Event at the Pavilion – See above.
Advertising and Promotional Materials – Logo/name on all promotional materials including:
- Posters and Handbills – Displayed throughout Denver area restaurants, stores, galleries, and other businesses.
- Social Media – Inclusion on Facebook pages and Twitter mentions.
- Advertising – Trade partners are currently being developed with Denver newspapers, on-line, and radio stations.
- Internet – Inclusion of logo/name on cityparkjazz.org with a link back to your site.
Promotional Items – Opportunity to distribute branded promotional items. Ideas include, picnic items, blankets, etc.
Booth / Exhibit Space - 10 x 10 area for booth or exhibit space.
VIP Parking and Seating – Two VIP parking spaces next to the Pavilion and backstage seating access.
City Park Jazz Signature T-Shirts – You will receive six of the City Park Jazz signature t-shirts designed by local art students.
FEES & TERMS – City Park Jazz is seeking fees of $20,000 for this package of Rights & Benefits covering the 10-event 2013 concert season.
