Food Truck Application
Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor for City Park Jazz’s (“CPJ”) 2019 concert season. The 2019 line-up of concerts is sure to draw record numbers this summer and your involvement will make it all the more spectacular. We are looking forward to seeing you!
Our commitment to maintaining quality and consistency for the thousands of community members who enjoy the series all summer limits the number of slots available for Vendors.
CPJ will host 10 concerts in 2019. The 2019 concert season will begin June 2, 2019, and a concert will occur every Sunday thereafter for 10 weeks, ending on August 4, 2019. CPJ will only select vendors who will commit to participating in all 10 concerts during the 2019 concert season.; therefore, as a CPJ Food Truck Vendor, you must commit to participating in all 10 concerts.
Step 1: Submit your application by March 30th, 2019. No applications will be accepted past 11:59 pm on March 30th.
Step 2: Food Truck Acceptance Letters will go out by April 15th, 2019. Reminder, not all food trucks will be accepted; therefore, please wait until you receive your letter before moving on to Step 3.
Step 3: If accepted, you will have until May, 1st 2019 to make payment with your selected CPJ Payment Option. You will also be required to send Vendor Management the following documents to secure your spot at the 2019 City Park Jazz Concert Series:
Copy of current Commercial General Liability Insurance to cover stand and product.
Copy of current City of Denver and State sales/use permits.
Copy of current Retail Food License or certification from the Denver Health Department.
Failure to make payment with your selected CPJ Payment Option and the delivery of the above documents by May 1st, 2019 will forfeit your application and space will go to another applicant. There will be no exceptions to these terms and conditions.
