City Park Jazz's free concerts attract all ages, from families with new members in backpacks or strollers, to seniors.
City Park Jazz concerts are rain or shine, so it's a good idea to bring umbrellas and rain gear in case of rain!
Also recommended:
· A picnic, or food is available for purchase onsite (coolers on wheels are handy).
· Blankets or folding chairs.
Parking:
Please respect City Park's neighbors and park ONLY in these parking areas:
Concert goers may park in the Museum of Nature and Science parking lots, including the garage, as well as the extensive Denver Zoo parking lots. Enter off of Colorado Blvd. at 22nd or 23rd streets; signs for City Park Jazz parking are posted before the concerts.
Again, please respect the neighbors of City Park and park in these suggested areas only.
Free, Secured Bike Parking:
Get exercise and avoid parking hassles when you ride your bike to City Park Jazz. Look for the big yellow "Bike Parking" sign near the Pavilion at every City Park Jazz concert. Our volunteers monitor the Bike Corral from 4:00 p.m. until a half hour after the concerts end. You don't need to bring a lock, claim tickets will be given out, and there is no charge for the service.
Lost and Found:
If you think you may have lost something at a City Park Jazz concert, visit the City Park Jazz booth at the next concert or call our hotline and leave a message describing what you lost, 303-744-1004.
